Corsicana Apartment   Association Benefits in joining  as Owner/Manager Corsicana Apartment Association This letter will explain some of the benefits in joining the Corsicana Apartment Association as a Product and Service member. You will be a member of The National Apartment Association based in Washington D.C. You will be a member of The Texas Apartment Association based in Austin, Texas. You will be members of  The Corsicana Apartment Association covering Navarro, Henderson and Freestone co. You will be able to link to our web site and promote  your properties. You will be able to attend our monthly dinner meeting an meet others that have invested interest in rental property. Dues for one year with owner/manger that has more than 10 units.                   National dues    : $30.00  +  .46 cents a unit             State dues  :               $47.00  +  .15 cents a unit             Local dues  :                 $ 95.00   +   .50  cents a unit                                          Total  : $172.00  +  1.11 cents a unit One dinner meal per member per month is included in total amount ____________________________________________________________ Owner/Mgrs who own  less than 10 units.                        National dues : $30.00  +  .46 cents a unit                              State dues : $47.00  +  .15 cents a unit Local dues :  $83.00   +    .50 cents a unit                                      Total  : $160.00  +  1.11 cents a unit AND 10 APPLICATION AND RENTAL FORMS PER YR. ARE FREE One dinner meal per member per month is included in total amount ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------        7.  Meetings:              We have dinner meetings at the Kinslow House,618 West 3th. Ave, Corsicana, Texas on the fourth Thursday of each month except July and December when there are no meetings and November meeting will be on the third Thursday.  We  need reservations by the previous Monday made to Larry Hutson (903) 874-7165 fax (903)872-8267.  Dinner meetings are $10.00 for each additional person.  When reservations are not cancelled 2 days before, invoice for dinner reservations will be sent out for $11.00 a meal.         8.  Forms:               We have  a copy of the prices for the TAA forms that you can purchase and use as members of CAA.  These forms can't be duplicated when they are blank.  This is a copyright law.  You can also purchase all the forms on TAA forms software package.
